We often only see one version of a place, and  are exposed to this image repeatedly; on the internet, through social media and mainstream media. What we may not realize is, that picture is only one side of the story.

The OTHER SIDE PROJECT gives people the opportunity to represent their home the way they see it. By changing the lens through which the stories are told, we hope to challenge assumptions, break stereotypes, and show the whole story.

These pictures were submitted by the international student community in, and presented at an exhibition hosted by Mirabelle Arodi for the university community at large in February 2016.
